Tenova SMS Communications Program

Program Description

Tenova is an AI-powered business communications platform that enables businesses to handle inbound and outbound customer conversations via SMS and WhatsApp. Messages are sent in response to customer inquiries, appointment requests, service questions, and follow-ups initiated by or on behalf of businesses using the Tenova platform.

Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your mobile phone number via a Tenova-powered opt-in form, web form, or by initiating a text conversation with a Tenova-powered business number, you agree to receive conversational and service-related text messages from Tenova and the applicable business.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, interactions, and service needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Supported Message Types

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

User Responsibilities
