These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tenova Concierge SMS Support program and related communication services operated by Tenova for residential properties.

Program Description

Tenova provides automated and staff-assisted communication services for residential properties, including concierge support, amenity questions, maintenance coordination, package notifications, leasing inquiries, scheduling, and operational updates.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number to a Tenova-powered property, registering through a resident or leasing workflow, or initiating a conversation by texting the published property number, you agree to receive conversational and service-related text messages from Tenova and the applicable property team.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, activity, and support needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Supported Message Types

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful and legitimate communication related to your interaction with the property or service.

Service Availability

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier, device compatibility, network availability, and third-party systems. Tenova does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free messaging service.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
